Command and conquer the First decade are a collection of all Command & Conquer Gold to Zero hours gameplay, apart from Sole Survivor, which is optimized for Windows XP operation. It came with two DVD-ROM discs: one for setup and play, and the other with some bonus features reflecting on the previous eight years of C&C.
Command and conquer the First Decade was published with its own set of bugs and errors. Some items from Counter-Strike and Aftermath were omitted by mistake. Some registration data were wrongly written (an error that was possibly carried over to 2012 The Ultimate Collection compilation), and Standard Internet Resources for Westwood’s games were not recorded correctly on Windows Vista and up.
An unauthorized update was developed by the group to address most of the English version problems and update some of the older games to improve performance (albeit with superseded versions of respective patches). It also eliminates the need to watch a DVD. This patch is incompatible with the only other localized edition of Command and conquers the First Decade, the German one.
To avoid online compatibility issues with standard disc versions of the game, the 1.08 patch for Generals was developed and published before the release of Command and conquer the First Decade. Surprisingly, Zero Hour did not have this problem.
Command and conquer the first-decade download
Command and conquer the First Decade is a collection of Command & Conquer games released between 1995 and 2003, all packaged on a single DVD and optimized for Windows XP. On February 7, 2006, it was launched for the cost of one premium game. A free DVD was also included in the collection, including interviews with developers, old original artwork, various slogans, and a compilation of the best fan videos from the “Are You the Biggest Command and Conquer Fan?” competition held before the compilation’s launch.
The collection also included a high-quality C&C flyer with an A3 (A4 in relatively new packages) rendering on both sides. The first items affirmed a preview for EA’s Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars and a 65-page manual containing unit explanations and shortcut keys for each of the games included.

The features in this patch can be configured simultaneously. Other patches aren’t necessary, but they’re a good idea. It’s worth noting that the patch must be downloaded differently from the First Decade.
Up to four options will be necessary during patch installation. The standard choices are favored because they are automatically selected depending on which games are enabled and their latest patch status.
Patches are only applicable to games that have been mounted. Because of this, if you add or delete any games from The First Decade, you must re-run this patch.
